What happens to the details you send us.
This notice applies to Bodhik’s public Request a Demo and Contact form. It explains the narrow purpose of that form without extending to future product accounts or business-data processing.

The details the form asks for
The form collects your reason for contacting us, name, business name, phone number or email address, city, whether you currently use Tally.ERP 9, and any optional message you choose to add.
Please do not include passwords, credentials, customer records, financial information, or other sensitive business data. Bodhik does not need those details to arrange a first conversation.

Why we use those details
We use the information only to understand and respond to your enquiry, arrange a product walkthrough, discuss early access, or continue the business conversation you requested. We do not sell form submissions.
Sending the form is your request for that use. You can instead emailhello@getbodhik.com if you prefer.

How delivery and abuse protection work
Cloudflare hosts the website, checks the form with Turnstile, applies a short abuse limit, and delivers an internal email to Bodhik’s verified inbox. The security check may process technical information needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
The public website does not store the enquiry in a database, browser storage, or an analytics profile, and it does not send an automatic copy to the person submitting the form.

How long we keep it and what you can request
The delivered email is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business conversation, resolve a dispute, or meet an applicable legal obligation. It is then deleted when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Email hello@getbodhik.com to ask what Contact details we hold, correct them, withdraw your request, or ask for deletion. We may retain limited information where the law requires it or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
